manager – field sales & marketing team

ImpAct Universal Ltd. is a solutions company. We solve communications, learning, behavioural, attitude, motivation and marketing problems for our diverse client base.

Our Business Development Managers work all over the UK. Some are based in Honley for UK wide travel and some are based local to their area. Some work in the education sector and some provide solutions for our public and corporate sector clients. Everything we do, has at its core, a passion for promoting lifelong learning and embracing diversity.

Our team now need a very talented and motivational leader. A manager to help them succeed month on month growing themselves as they grow our client and product base.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who has ‘sales’ running through their veins! (although obviously we’d like to hear from you if you have!) We’re looking for someone who has ‘management and development of individuals and teams’ at their core. A leader. A visionary ‘can do’ lateral/creative thinker. Someone who will help each member of the team realise their full potential. Someone with a proven track record of developing others to help them develop business. Someone who knows the importance of ‘the numbers game’ and the value of accurate statistical forecasting (as a tool not a driver!)

Salary is dependent upon results. The more successful you make the team – the more rewards come your way.

The basic salary will be in the region of £30k. However we fully expect with bonuses your annual pay will be in the region of £60k or more. After all – the more you and your team earn – the more income for the company you generate so everyone wins.

We’re firm believers in ‘income generation’ being a team effort and therefore although we hope to attract high income earners for this role we are not prepared to pay high salaries without results which is why we envisage at least 50% perhaps more of your salary will be based on ‘results’.

sales support administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator who is highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative within a professional and fun environment, supporting our Business Development Managers in a busy sales office environment.

The role:
To provide administration and sales support for our Business Development Managers ensuring all necessary information is communicated and accurate. Calling clients, making appointments, booking accommodation, preparing information packs for the following weeks diary appointments, analysing and updating reports, helping with Marketing Campaigns and much much more.

Below are the attributes required:-
